I found both Jack and Ashley excellent! My wife has had eight new Minis from Chesterfield and Jack sold her the seventh one in 2021. This why we have come back to Jack this time.

Came in looking to test drive 1 car, ended up driving 3 until I found the one I really wanted. Discussed different options which was really helpful. The unveiling of the car was also a nice touch. Made it feel like a special moment.

Everything was good , certain elements which could have made it better was to add few personal touches like I had asked for BMW air freshener or a small personalised gift like a pen. Even the writing near the car was very general.

Communication with the centre was poor. I appreciate the online booking in the day before means saving staff time, but completely ignoring customers when the arrive to drop the keys off and while waiting to be picked up is poor and rude.

Customer service at Stratstone BMW Chesterfield is always excellent - on this occasion we were dealt with by Paige. The fault was diagnosed, the spare part required was not in stock and the car retained overnight for collection next day - all good.

The service was good and Jake was great. But the reason I went was to complain after waiting 3 months for an issue to be resolved. It was just luck they resolved it because I was close to leaving the car there till resolved or refunded.

The service itself was straightforward, however my car was returned with noticeable scratches on the roof after the wash. These were not there beforehand and are clearly visible, which has taken away from the overall experience.

Service good, car left very dirty by valeters. Washed but not properly dried before being put back outide in the dust. Car was dirtier when I collected it, than when I dropped it off.

There was an anomaly on when the service was due...car was saying overdue, app was saying 1299 miles until, key read was showing 3700 ish until. Stratstone Chesterfield liaised with BMW for my service inclusive to get the service done.

Very expensive. They broke 1 of my alloys, only told when i went to collect my car, then wait 1 hour to get a courtesy car without diesel in rush hour and make time another day to fetch my car. Was poorly hoovered and washed.
