On collection of vehicle, there was a new deep scratch on the leather steering wheel that was obviously just done whilst in your possession. I do not expect my car to have any damage from a health check or otherwise service.

The technician explained the complex issue well and appears to have done a good job fixing a water leak. Time will tell. Paying over £200 for an investigation, however, seemed excessive especially when it was not deducted from the cost of the repair
