Service scheduled several months prior and my service appointment was cancelled at approx 17:45 (less than 24hrs) the day before due the required materials not being delivered; Then - had to haggle for the curtesy car charge to be waved.

Good service; I would have given 5 stars if courtesy vehicle was provided for around £15/day. It has risen astronomically in the past few years. Wouldn't mind paying £20 either.

Very polite and was offered a desk to work no problem. Bit of a shame either the blinds were closed or window now frosted to see the workshop area now. Also had to wait to get a coffee by employees who were chatting by coffee machine first thing.

They fixed the issue I had under warranty, which is great, however I selected the complementary wash and Hoover and I got my car back and it was exactly as I had given it. This service had not been provided which was disappointing.
