Raj went the extra mile to make sure we got to really experience the car without having a salesperson in tow. Made lots of time to chat. Only slight issue was it took a long time to collect. It would be great to make that bit of the process smoother.

Repair seemed ok and quite fast. BMW refused to bring my car back to me. I had to drive to collect my car and return the courtesy car. This was an urgent recall/defect due to BMW failures.
