Everything was brilliant apart from the valeting. It had mechanic grease on the light grey leather & interior plastics & very dusty throughout. Exterior was dirty & piano black scratched by the valeters. GardX put on top of dirt / dead flies etc.

Great service from Stratstone Chesterfield but the communications between Stratstone and BMW Roadside Assistance were problematic meaning we had to make lots of phone calls to both parties and that it took 3 days to get our vehicle back.
