On my last visit I waited to receive a quote to trade in my car for one I was interested in located in Derby. It took 20 minutes before a sales person came down to see me , then another 20 minutes before he came back to say he was working on costing
I really rate this dealership, consistently high levels of service
Service dept.will not communicate. Won't answer phone & wont ring back when asked. Totally frustrated.
ServiceOK,but unable to fit winter tyres to existing wheels - they obviously wanted to sell a new set!
Fast, efficient service from excellent staff where I was made to be the most important.
All works carried out as per request.
As stated earlier the service is brilliant

Further to above, service staff were moaning about slow computer systems and being short staffed.
Price far too high
There was a relatively long and somewhat disorganised wait to present myself to the staff and hand over the keys.
Waiting around far too long. Staff talking about customers in a derogatory fashion in front of other customers. Work not carried out as requested. Still awaiting call back . No health check video as promised , no phone call to say vehicle ready
All staff focussed on making your experience as smooth running as possible which is important to me as I need to know I can drop my car off, pick up a courtesy car and get to work without any delays.
They take care of everything however I would like to know more about what has been done to the car. I realise a lot of people don't but I think this should be provided if a customer would like more info.

The service staff are great - very helpful and friendly.However they are understaffed and you are waiting a considerably length of time to see someone. On the last occasion the car had to go in, there was only one member of staff trying to manage.
Totally satisfied with every aspect and stage from initial booking of appointment to collection of vehicle post service.
There was a mix up over the brake fluid change

Unfortunately, the lasting memory is the recurring difficulty of getting connected to the service department
Whole experience was very positive because of the excellent collection/delivery service.
Poor communication from service staff, delays in getting warranty work completed on the allocated day due to the wrong parts (after waiting 2 weeks for the parts to arrive), horrible loan car provided which was changed the following day
Everything went to plan - just had to prompt to receive the video from the technician
Good service reasonable price
See below for phone calls. My car had a puncture on the M1 and BMW Assist had me recovered to yourselves. A courtesy car was arranged and we continued on our holiday. So far we were very impressed. see 3 for rest of story
I have had several dealings with Stratstone,Chesterfield, and always found them very good.

Poor collection experience
Service completed quickly and I was kept well informed of progress.
The entire purchasing process was completed with efficiency, courtesy and professionaly. Enjoyable and a pleasure - as such experiences should always be.
Full marks. Only one minor complaint that the dealership is understaffed and it was sometimes difficult to get to speak to someone looking after my purchase
Overall, very good but very disappointed that communication should have been better from a senior member of staff, Richard Hirons, who was charged with determining as to why my p/x was not cleared with the finance company. He never returned my calls.
Poor communication left me with no hand over details as late as 48 hours before collection. Thankfully an experienced member of the team stepped in and resolved all the issues to my total satisfaction.
This is really difficult because some of the service I received was outstanding (from the receptionists, Ian Haughey, my original contact but no longer with the company and Richard Hirons, Head of Sales). But on the other hand, see below.
