The car was left in a filthy state deslite beibg told my car was having a valet and would be ready in an hour. I returned for thr car and it was completely covered in sandy dust with handprints all over. The car was immaculate when i dropped it off.
I wanted to complain. A sign at the exit invites dissatisfied customers to contact the Manager, Nick Wilson, but there is no way to contact him.
Ben was extremely helpful and kept me fully informed of the progress of the service
Work was completed slightly later than "promised" but the overall transaction was quick and easy.

The car was serviced within the agreed timescale and returned to me in a clean and presentable condition. The courtesy car provided was of a suitable type and was also clean and well presented.
Knocked half a star off as there is never a courtesy car available unless you book it a month in advance. Not always possible!
Did not feel as looked after as some customers who were looking at buying cars. Already got my business, don't need to work as hard.

The car is under warranty but we were initially charged the repair cost, though this was subsequently reimbursed after making a complaint.
The fault was diagnosed and repaired in the time given to our total satisfaction
One tyre had a bulge found during the MOT so it failed - I authorised a replacement which was very expensive, but quicker than getting one fitted elsewhere and a re-test. This backfired as the alloy was damaged and it is currently being repaired.

The service its self was very good, after inspection was washed and valeted This was let down by booking the car in via online. Tried to book car in via web and fast lane automated message but no follow up for the service. Reverted to telephone

Car subject to recall (not advised earlier) which, if bolts were broken during check, would require parts not available that day. Deterioration in facilities - no newspapers/biscuits. General feeling of 'penny pinching' vs.BMW luxury brand image?
Car was booked in for tyre check and potential replacement. Requested that Pirelli tyres were fitted (as original) - was advised that Pirelli not available and Dunlop would be fitted - found that Bridgestone had been fitted upon collection.

I was frustrated that I had to lose half a days work because of the last minute recall. I get the safety of the car is paramount but I had made a specific visit from Mansfield to Chesterfield to complete the service with other bits planned for PM.

Really good. The gentleman I dealt with (I think his name was Max) was really good. I got there and they had no knowledge of my booking but he was able to sort it out for me and ensured my car was dealt with on the day

The whole process was efficient and friendly although the taxi company used let you down slightly as I had to wait 25 minutes from the time it was supposed to arrive.
Booked in for a morning service for pick up at 1.00 pm.Work on the service had not started at pick up time. It was another 3 hours before it was ready. And no apology.

No lumbar support no rear reversing camera so do t think my new car is the same high spec as my old one I traded in.

Got exactly what I wanted

Because 6 stars were not available ! Seriously, buying a new car is often like a pantomime experience - you feel like your in a quiz trying to win it whilst spending £40k+. This time the experience was open, fair, honest, quick and professional.
The wrong spec wheels had been fitted to the vehicle at factory but not noticed until I pointed it out.
All of the staff we dealt with were absolutely great. Helpful, friendly and never did we feel pressured in any way. It was simply a matter of helping and guiding us towards our final decision.
The car was lost and handover delayed by a week. Sat Nav wasn't activated for a week after getting the car
