The service advisor was great. The process was very efficient. Loan car nice. Would've given 5 stars if my car didn't break down half a mile after collecting due to them leaving a pipe loose. I'm now constantly worried what else wasn't put back right
Everything about the service was excellent. However, the contract for servicing seems to be inappropriate for a vehicle with longer service intervals

All work completed on time and to a high standard
An internal discussion then took place in front of us as to whether the battery should be taken off the vehicle before the cost was taken off the invoice. It was all very unprofessional and embarrassing for us.
Very polite professional staff who went the extra mile to help. Although I only give a 4 as I feel this could have been influenced by me also working for Pendragon at loxley house.
Even after arriving late my car was still ready at the stated time.

Not sure about Chesterfield one , as I All most given up asking them to get back to me regarding changing my 15 Reg BM. But I seen a brand 2 cop at Doncaster and brought one from there !
Inaccurate service report. No follow up despite complaint
A good, easy experience. Lose points for not being offered a courtesy car while my own was serviced. I have previously been offered this without asking, but was not even asked this time. On questioning it I was told there were no cars available.
Car went for recall. Part replaced free of charge. Car washed and valeted on collection

They were happy to explain exactly what the service included and the car was also given a health check for additional peace of mind.
Polite efficient service
Was told a couple of different issues by the service team that contradicted each other and resulted in a higher bill than expected. Initial problem unresolved.
Cause I offered to trade my car in to buy something in the value of £40,000.00 but they wer not interested in my car as trade in.
The service wasn't completed by the time specified despite it being made clear that the car was needed for collecting children from school.

Told that the car was needed all day. We asked could we have itback asap. Called to collect and complementary vallet had been done resulting in white marks on all seats. Had to wait whilst this was rectified and drove home sitting on a plastic bag!!!
Service is good but waiting time is terrible . I can see my car in parking outside because it's done but I waited another 30 to 45 min before somebody finally told me the car is ready.

The receptionist was effecient but did not engage. The team of receptionists I previously had dealt with two years ago when I bought the current car were no longer in evidence. Something had changed

Staff polite and attentive Very difficult to make contact with Stratstone Chesterfield. My car gained a scratch/scuff on the front drivers panel and the steering wheel had a goo that i had to scrubb off
All ways good to get a lift home and back whilst the service was being carried out. Some staff have a better way of presenting themselves to customers than other's and appear more interested in making sure customers have a good experience.
As always service reception was excellent. Shannon always treats her customers well and this occasion was no exception. My car was dealt with efficiently and promptly as it usually is and all work carried out was excellent. What's not to like!!
Great job by the dealer as normal. However one comment in order to get the correct previously paid price for the service you have to negotiate. The service price quoted was 670 then we dance and it's 550 why not just set the price fairly to start
Going home from service bonnet wasn't shut properly

Regarding my purchase I was very pleased, but I thought the handover of my new car by Bethany was rather rushed and not explained very well, I have since been back and most things have been explained by Jack who sold me my new car.
Ben Simmons the sales person was perfect to deal with and should be considered for promotion, great guy, great service, and very responsive to my many questions, but not pushy or the usual sales tactics. Very happy, only brought due to Bens service.
The staff were amazing, nothing is too much trouble for them.

Good handover, when buying an £80k car a little freebie like an umbrella would have been nice.
Couple of minor issues: - should have fixed handover date as soon as the vehicle was on-site - wasn't advised that insurance cover note was required (would have saved setting up duplicate BMW insurance)
The staff knew what they were talking about and so helpful nothing was too much trouble for them

I drove 3. hrs to pick up my car which arranged on a Sunday. I was told the finance wasn't in place so I couldn't take my new car. I was given a courtesy car to drive home as i had to leave my Part ex.There was also confusion over the balance payment
I ordered model deletion car came with model identification which when removed the car was scratched. Car had to go to body shop to be rectified
