Additional work to car was called for , emergency recall , we had our One year grandson with us who was now getting ready for feed . The lovely young man on service desk arranged a curtesy car for to take home the child . And called it was done
No problems with booking the service and all carried out without fuss.
It would have been 5 stars but I had to return to the garage because they hadn't stamped or signed the cars service booklet.
As a low mileage car only having 2000 miles since last service being told suspension was worn ?? Also after overfilling the engine with oil by them on the last service to be charged a high amount it doesn't take a genius to figure out
The car has the the jobs highlighted completely finished and the check system works well
I do not believe that I have been treated or charged either fairly or appropriately. Communication around this issue was unacceptable.
The guys in the workshop always do a great job however was told car was ready to collect and when arrived it was not

See above. I tried to get in touch with Nick Wilson as the sign outside the dealership suggests only to be told he'd left and that there was no-one else I could complain to. I worked for 30 years in customer service and yours is currently very poor.
Have had my 17 year old pride and joy in twice with recalls. Both times I was treated extremely well, the second time even lending me a loan car so I could still get around! Honestly, the best customer service I've ever witnessed.
Because of the Service staff who went out their way to accommodate my needs and service was done and reported on back to me.

I explicitly asked for the car to be left on my drive when it was returned as we the road is narrow and have had several cars damaged by passing vehicles. I returned from holiday to find the car left parked on the road where it had been for some days

Went in for a service and booked to discuss trading my current BMW for a new BMW (would make this the fourth trade in). However had to chase to speak to a sales advisor and felt as though he did not care. Not a good experience at all.
I was especially please with the collection service it would have been very difficult to bring it in. The car appeared to have been completely checked out and valeted to a high standard as well. Feel confident that a good job done.

The work on my car was done quickly and efficiently.
I reported a message that the engine coolant level was low, and the reservoir cap was difficult to remove. Despite the service reception member saying that it was resolved, I found the same message appeared the next morning and coolant was required
I visited to book in the job, attended whilst it was done. It was completed in less time than forecast.
Difficult to trust the service or capability of the team.
I have a 5 star service contract with Stratstone which, date, is a good deal and my first service and mot were carried out exactly as contract stated. I trust the rest of my plan will be as satisfactory.
As above. Taken in 9:30 AM on Friday 24 May. Appreciated parts needed ordering & with bank holiday (Mon 27) it might be Tues/Weds before collection but ended up Friday PM. Lack of updates too. Tues Phoned, told service dep. would ring back but didn't
same as above, don't look after customers once a sale has been made
My recent experience at Stratstone has left me with far too many questions and far too few answers starting with 'are my other wheels ok and what happened to my car in the first place?'
I was very satisfied all aspects covered
Car settings had been played with, which may be part of the service!? The car was cleaned which was a nice touch however there was some greasy green substance near the door handle, this was easily removed with no lasting damage.
During my service i was told I had a lot of work needed but wasn't given clear details . I had to call several times to have it explained . Having rebooked for repairs I left my car only to be told when I went to collect it needed further work
I could not fault it.
Just a little error with the time given for the service.

I am happy my car was ordered as i requested, dates were as they were told to me, the hand over was made a special day in terms of presentation. A staff member called Beth even popped in on her day off to ensure I was ok. I appreciate the effort.

The checking process the vehicle goes through prior to being released to the buyer wasn't completed clearly. The car still doesn't feel safe/correct or as per the 2 previous versions of the same car I've had in the past 5 years.
