Booking in - Don't like the touch screen solution. Much prefer a face to face discussion to confirm work to be done. Work Complete - Appreciated the phone call. Pickup - Actually saw a service advisor (excellent). Service Advisor - Excellent!

This was the first fault with my vehicle since I purchased it January 2024. Called into the dealer and was dealt with by Natasha on Service Reception who was extremely helpful and arranged for my car to be repaired straight away. Excellent service.

When I came to collect my car I noticed that the person who had parked it had gone down the entire passenger side against a bush. This left marks on the paintwork that were down the entire passenger side of the car.
