Raj went the extra mile to make sure we got to really experience the car without having a salesperson in tow. Made lots of time to chat. Only slight issue was it took a long time to collect. It would be great to make that bit of the process smoother.

Kieran the sales executive was very helpful from start to finish. Process was smooth, quick and Kieran done all the 'heavy lifting' of the paperwork. No messing about haggling over pennies on a deal, quick to respond & proactive in comms.

BMW service from the Stratsone Team was superb. Just disappointing that the fleet management company could not sign off all of the work. No reflection on the Stratstone team though.

Poor, they could have told me weeks ago that the issue was not covered by warranty but booked me in anyway. On the day they tried to charge me £180 just for a diagnosis of the issue when it was obvious what the issue was. Did unnecessary health check
