I would have given a 5 but although I was given a courtesy car while my service was being done (which I was very grateful of) it wasn't very clean inside. In times like these cleanliness is important and it was a bit grubby on the interior.

James Nelson's exceptional and personal customer service made the experience first class.

As stated above, the representatives will do all they can to get you back on the road ASAP, and are always friendly and helpful.
The car wasn't ready on time but that wasn't the service desk's fault as the workshop told her 20 mins when it was an hour after the phone call to collect. But other than that staff were courteous and helpful and the work was of a high standard.
Because Stratstone Chesterfield took into account our loyalty to BMW and that is rare these days and it was so appreciated! The young gentleman that dealt with the final stage of payment was very polite and respectful, he deserves a lot of praise.

Initial phone call was to book my car in for a recall inspection. The young woman I spoke to checked for the nearest available date and arranged for a loan vehicle ( necessary because of where I live).
