It was a brake fluid change and a clean. What could possibly go wrong.
On arrival I waited a long time to be served only to be told the booked courtesy car was not available. I had to ring the dealer to find out when my car was ready. I had to remind them to send a taxi because I didn't have a courtesy car.
No problems and a smooth easy service.

Car was worked on on time, scope of work was as expected, car was cleaned well, excellent customer service from Carly (name on service invoice of advisor), couldnt ask for anything more.
I didnt get the call backs that were promised to update me on the progress after I rang.
I am yet to send them an email about this.I would not recommend because 1. I still have the same flat tyre 2. The good tyre was replaced3. Having to take time off work again to get the flat tyre fixed.

asked for a problem to be sorted the phone wasnt connecting with car, i was told it was sorted and it was my phone that was the problem. I told him that had tried 3 other phones still the same problem, instead was fobbed off just get me out the door
People don't ring you back, lack of continuity when speaking to people, not fixing the obvious issue with my car (body work hanging off visible in dark), don't seem interested in phoning you back... But the car is great

I booked in through calling direct and asking not to be put through to the call centre which is a terrible experience. I asked for my car to be ready for 3.00 pm, I had no call to say it was ready so I turned up at 3:30 and had to wait nearly an hour

Overall OK, but some doubt about the thoroughness of the service, especially as it was carried out with the vehicle on a service plan. Although I think all manufacturers can be guilty of this. Very high price on consumables.

Only with regard to the difficulties I have always experienced in making contact with the service department, invariably I have been on the phone transferred to different extensions for some ten minutes.
Serviced the brakes as requested.

Felt a bit disappointed the car haven't been washed or cleaned inside.my last car a Hyundai every service the car was returned immaculate. The young man at the desk was very nice tho
No hire car available so I went without a car for 2 days due to a warranty fault, it was booked in at short notice But I did get lift to and from stratstone so I can't complain.
Car returned clean and service completed satisfactorily. Courteous complimentary lift into town and prompt pick up for return to service centre.
Reception staff friendly. Gentleman who served me could not have been better. Service was excellent and made sure the car had a quick once over, wash and clean despite only being in for a recall check-up. Very impressed.
Car went to Stratstone for corrosion on two of the wheels, which I didn't expect after two years. Bmw agreed to replace the two wheels under warranty, and four centre caps. A special thanks to Ben in service and your warranty manager, thanks guys.

On my last visit I waited to receive a quote to trade in my car for one I was interested in located in Derby. It took 20 minutes before a sales person came down to see me , then another 20 minutes before he came back to say he was working on costing
Service dept.will not communicate. Won't answer phone & wont ring back when asked. Totally frustrated.

Happy to accommodate my unscheduled appointment and serviced the car the same day.
Further to above, service staff were moaning about slow computer systems and being short staffed.
There was a relatively long and somewhat disorganised wait to present myself to the staff and hand over the keys.
Waiting around far too long. Staff talking about customers in a derogatory fashion in front of other customers. Work not carried out as requested. Still awaiting call back . No health check video as promised , no phone call to say vehicle ready
They take care of everything however I would like to know more about what has been done to the car. I realise a lot of people don't but I think this should be provided if a customer would like more info.
All staff focussed on making your experience as smooth running as possible which is important to me as I need to know I can drop my car off, pick up a courtesy car and get to work without any delays.

The service staff are great - very helpful and friendly.However they are understaffed and you are waiting a considerably length of time to see someone. On the last occasion the car had to go in, there was only one member of staff trying to manage.

Full marks. Only one minor complaint that the dealership is understaffed and it was sometimes difficult to get to speak to someone looking after my purchase
Overall, very good but very disappointed that communication should have been better from a senior member of staff, Richard Hirons, who was charged with determining as to why my p/x was not cleared with the finance company. He never returned my calls.
Poor communication left me with no hand over details as late as 48 hours before collection. Thankfully an experienced member of the team stepped in and resolved all the issues to my total satisfaction.
