A good, easy experience. Lose points for not being offered a courtesy car while my own was serviced. I have previously been offered this without asking, but was not even asked this time. On questioning it I was told there were no cars available.
Car went for recall. Part replaced free of charge. Car washed and valeted on collection

They were happy to explain exactly what the service included and the car was also given a health check for additional peace of mind.
Polite efficient service
Was told a couple of different issues by the service team that contradicted each other and resulted in a higher bill than expected. Initial problem unresolved.
Cause I offered to trade my car in to buy something in the value of £40,000.00 but they wer not interested in my car as trade in.
The service wasn't completed by the time specified despite it being made clear that the car was needed for collecting children from school.

Told that the car was needed all day. We asked could we have itback asap. Called to collect and complementary vallet had been done resulting in white marks on all seats. Had to wait whilst this was rectified and drove home sitting on a plastic bag!!!

Service is good but waiting time is terrible . I can see my car in parking outside because it's done but I waited another 30 to 45 min before somebody finally told me the car is ready.
Staff polite and attentive Very difficult to make contact with Stratstone Chesterfield. My car gained a scratch/scuff on the front drivers panel and the steering wheel had a goo that i had to scrubb off
The receptionist was effecient but did not engage. The team of receptionists I previously had dealt with two years ago when I bought the current car were no longer in evidence. Something had changed

All ways good to get a lift home and back whilst the service was being carried out. Some staff have a better way of presenting themselves to customers than other's and appear more interested in making sure customers have a good experience.
Great job by the dealer as normal. However one comment in order to get the correct previously paid price for the service you have to negotiate. The service price quoted was 670 then we dance and it's 550 why not just set the price fairly to start
As always service reception was excellent. Shannon always treats her customers well and this occasion was no exception. My car was dealt with efficiently and promptly as it usually is and all work carried out was excellent. What's not to like!!
Going home from service bonnet wasn't shut properly

Health check failed to notice adblue was empty, I had to top up 10l less than a day after the service. Under tray access panel to sump drain bolt was not fixed back into place and left hanging.
My car was at the garage approx 8 hours and the brake fluid was checked and was found to be ok ,I was informed that an auxiliary part was needed at a cost of 370 pounds plus labour and the cost of flushing out the windscreen washers would be 120 pds
Dear Mr Stimson, your booking was originally for a brake fluid change but after key reading your vehicle, I was actually the vehicle check service that was showing due instead of the brake fluid Service. I apologise if their was confusion in this matter. The Aux belt was found to be deteriorating which required replacement and the quoted price is accurate for replacement. Service advisor Max was really helpful a d kept me informed. The only downside was that vehicle was ot washed.
Again,before EGR-completely satisfied After,I have found that EGR has missing bolts - completely dissatisfied Now,despite the car hasn't been fixed last time,I get good response from James - Fairly satisfied

Generally ok but disappointed promised map update not available.
Only after considerable conversation with service staff was I able to get the urgent repairs bought forward to a reasonable date. Additional, although they offered 'a complimentary valet' this was done to a very poor standard.
The reason I gave 5 stars was due to my experience when I brought my car in for work that was required on it I dealt with a lady called Shannon Ince who was very helpful in sorting every thing out for me nothing was to much trouble for her thankyou

Paperwork ready on arrival and upon completion. Friendly staff and plenty of tea and coffee freely available whilst we waited.
I think they should have warned me that the parts may not be available and in that case I would have asked for a courtesy car rather than a home collection/delivery.
The staff knew what they were talking about and so helpful nothing was too much trouble for them

I drove 3. hrs to pick up my car which arranged on a Sunday. I was told the finance wasn't in place so I couldn't take my new car. I was given a courtesy car to drive home as i had to leave my Part ex.There was also confusion over the balance payment
I ordered model deletion car came with model identification which when removed the car was scratched. Car had to go to body shop to be rectified

The experience was good but I was given the wrong car registration so had to alter the insurance at the showroom before taking the car. Further, when I got home realised that the registration given to me didn't match the car so had to sort out again
