When I originally went to BMW Chesterfield in January they told me delivery would be June onwards based on current leadtimes. After discussions they were able to use an existing build slot within their group to achieve March.

The garage damaged the drivers seat and refuse to take any responsibility so I'm now out of pocket and need to fix the damage myself. Very disappointed and will not use this garage ever again having been a regular customer

This is a hard one as the service team (reception, service advisor, customer/quality manager) were great and tried their best to resolve my tyre issue, but I still had warning lights after 5 miles of driving and that was very disappointing
