Because of the damage caused to the wheels and not notifying me of this (presenting the car to me as if it was completely ok) I am not happy with this element of the work. All other work undertaken was very good (as usual with this Centre)

The main individual who has helped to give this score is Matt in the Service department. He is always very helpful, freindly and listens to my questions concerns. He also assisted when sorting a car to try for the day. Excellent service.

same as above, the only gripe I have is when you ring BMW no one picks up the phone, So I jumped in the car and drove to BMW Chesterfield from my house because its quicker than the phone. No picks up the phones I see this in the showroom.

Since I purchased the car back in May 2017, there has been a rattling noise from the boot area. I have taken the car in twice and it's still not resolved.

When my vehicle was eventually in for a service every consideration was provided to me. Again Neal Hinds was very helpful.
Inconsistency regarding the mot/service between telephone & face to face
Prompt service, much improved. No waiting around.
Started vehicle on time and were speedy at getting the car finished.
I was phoned to ask me to book an MOT and was told that it needed doing that month - August - and I agreed and had it done. I subsequently find out that it didn't need doing until September so I have lost a month's worth of MOT cover.

There were some logistic issues in getting the vehicle delivered to the dealership which caused a delay in handover. This was disappointing but in no way was attributed to the sales executive who was faultless in his handling of the sale.
More updates throughout the process would get 5 stars.
Mark was really good and answered all my questions. Car sales men have a really bad reputation but mark excelled in all departments and if salesmen were all like mark then buying a car would be a pleasure.
The staff considered my age and didn't try to sell the "extras" that I would never use, and were very helpful in talking me through moving over to "automatic" after over 50 years of driving "manual", and the offer of after sales help.
Brilliant service throughout however the trim wasn't the final spec that i had chosen and emailed to Peter at the time. No massive issue.
Mark Stockholm was great , and I even received flowers in my birthday when I collected the car
