The car was booked in for a defect a estimated completion time given this was beaten by 24 hours the defect has been repaired we were informed of progress and the car returned cleaned inside and out could not be better

As a Motability customer was allowed to wait during service/mot and was treated extremely well, coffee, biscuits etc and comfortable seating conditions.
Pleased with the brake service but the replacement front grille, which I'd specifically requested when booking the service (through the central customer services), was not in stock
The booking and handover was excellent but when I returned for my vehicle I wasn't pleased with service reception. It took a manager to help me with my query and i hope the service team learn from this experience

Very poor sales department would not buy a car from here again would use another dealership did not get the bmw experience you would think buy a car from stratstone
Price quoted on the phone was several hundered pounds less than that in the garage
Matthew Ross and the rest of the Bmw services team at chesterfield stratstone were very helpful by giving me daily updates on my car also very friendly I highly recommend them to anyone.
Although there was only one service advisor on during my visit on the Saturday she was very busy but still managed to be polite and courteous to customers.
This was a revisit due to a previous fix failing so cost me time and money. You had to keep my car longer than planned due to a replacement horn not being in stock.
The staff are professional,courteous and try very hard to provide a good service.This time I was told I could collect my car post service at 3pm but was kept waiting for 90minutes. I should have been told by phone 4.30. pm. was the new pick-up time.

The staff were excellent and kept me informed at all times.
Just a very long wait - there seemed to be a misunderstanding that I'd obviously want the essential work done (tyre replacements) to get the car through the MOT. The work was stopped awaiting my return to discuss non-essential items.
Service completed to the usual high standard, as expected. Unfortunately my vehicle didn't receive the wash & vacuum as requested, very disappointing with that.
My car had to have a new seal fitted which meant it having to stay at the garage overnight. I was lent a BMW car for the duration which made everything so much easier. I was kept informed of everything that was being done via email and phone.

When I booked my service, the BMW procedure I hadn't established from the car the exact service requirements, I was quoted 4 hrs. When I took the car, it only required an oil and filter change and Stratstones did the service while I waited, great.
The egr fault was sorted in one visit as i expected.
Car was in for repair for longer than would have expected. Although I do recognise intermittent faults are difficult. My repair had to be instructed by BMW direct which I feel prolonged the service. Whilst waiting on replies.

Believe I was miss sold a service pack when I purchased the car at 12 months old. Originally booked it's first service, but stratstone refused to service the car as there was too many miles left. Already paid for hire car.Connectdrive BMW only
Because of the problem explained above, we were left in a take it or leave it situation and as a Motability Customer had no power to argue.
From ordering the vehicle to delivery, we were given updates throughout to the building process

Mainly excellent, but on occasion I left messages to have a phone call returned when the person I wanted to speak to wasn't available, but didn't receive the call back.

From start to finish my experience was fantastic
Completely satisfied only because if I chose different the poor sales exec wouldn't get paid. The sales managers and business manager need a lesson in customer service and team work! They clearly don't speak to each other, so my handover was a mess.
Initial contact and test drive was great. Was treated much better by BMW as a motability customer than other manufacturer dealerships visited. Kept well informed during the build process. Only disappointment was collection day.
Dealt with 3 separate sales advisors.Not advised that one of the team had left, and was asking for updates on brand new car and all emails were ignored...No communication at all, When collecting car, tax was not on car, and navigation was not set up
