When my vehicle was eventually in for a service every consideration was provided to me. Again Neal Hinds was very helpful.
Inconsistency regarding the mot/service between telephone & face to face
Prompt service, much improved. No waiting around.
Started vehicle on time and were speedy at getting the car finished.
I was phoned to ask me to book an MOT and was told that it needed doing that month - August - and I agreed and had it done. I subsequently find out that it didn't need doing until September so I have lost a month's worth of MOT cover.

when booking the service i requested a courtesy car for the day. when i took the car in the center had no record of me requesting a car. They did however find me one promptly.

The service centre knew the age, mileage and service history of the car, yet didn't or couldn't give me an estimated cost until after I'd left it for the day. I'd have thought that information should have been available up-front.

The service quality itself was okay!However, as per question 1 above it seems that the former MOT advisories were omitted from the pre-sale MOT just to complete the sale.I made mention of this after the service, but nobody has got back to me!

When I bought the car 2 years ago I booked it in for it's last free service. On collection I was told I had to pay because since booking it in the free care had finished. The man said to pay and I would be refunded, I am still waiting for that now.
The team are polite and informative and the pick up and drop off facility makes leaving my car with dealership hassle free

What should have been a pleasure - buying a new car - was a long cumbersome process not helped by a rather "pushy" salesman and some wrong information.

The purchase and delivery was seamless. However, the car had not been set up correctly for me.
The sales rep that i initially purchased the car from left half way through but was seamlessly taken up by Sam. She did a stellar job with the demands i put on her.
