Queuing system for a dealership service desk a joke at busy times. Told to sit in the coffee area and advisors ignored us preferring to serve those that pushed in. Also service advisor left message on wrong number despite giving her a new one to call
Car was said to be cleaned which it wasn't also advised on replacing condenser, turns out nothing wrong
The staff at Chesterfield are very friendly and helpful. The call centre takes that personal service away.
The service reception and associate services were excellent.My BMW X3 Dash board indicator reporting low tyre pressures specifically relating to the rear near side tyre, could not be traced.The problem returned 3 days after the BMW inspection
Quick efficient service
On return: service light still showing, oil warning light intermittently came on and Valet was mediocre .

Stratstone Chesterfield have tried very hard to fix the problem and have been very supportive. They are working within the rules and regulations of BMW the manufacturer and have been unable to fully solve my problem.

Quoted price indicating it was discounted, on arrival I commented it was considered too high and therefore further reduced to satisfactory level. Initial quote should have been lowest price possible as a loyal customer for almost twenty years.
rang dealer with query, they told me they would call me back, they never returned my call. poor video report, poor visual quality and the report was rushed. oil level not checked. unclear explanations of the work the vehicle requires. poor staff.
My car was recalled, appointment made. It was then fixed and returned within that appointment day.
Car came back on time cleaned inside and out.
From Booking to collection I felt the team had it all under control
I called in for a price and as it was a major service and it was expensive.. i shopped around and the new BMW dealership in Sheffield was less expensive - but my local dealer matched the price. The overall experience was excellent.

it would have been nice to have a choice of courtesey car. I always have driven an automatic and was given a manual it would have been nice to have the option to choose a automatic

Within 2 days the cars systems told me it was low in washer fluid. Why didnt it get picked up at the review?
Upto the developing the second fault, was very satisfied with the initial service.
All the jobs I gave them to do on top of the brake fluid change were all completed on the same day- result
asked for the car to be valated but it was done really bad but service was great.
I was satisfied as I gave specific detail of the car I was looking forward , from the colour I required up to the type of wheels I was looking for , and this car was found within their company and brought over to Chesterfield for me to be test drive.

Most of the personnel I dealt with were ok however having worked in the public sector all my life I did find my telephone conversations with some of the staff left a little to be desired. Customer service / communication skills could be improved.

Kept upto date with repair progress
They were ready for me, knew what the potential issue with the car was, how much it would cost, and when I proposed to collect the car (next day). They also called later that day to say it was ready for collection the next morning. No drama, no fuss

I could not get through to your service booking staff. I was promised a call back which did not happen. I then booked online (which normally takes longer than a phone call). The next day I got two emails; one saying 8.00 appointment the other 9.00.
Changed my tyres while I waited
Excellent response when service staff realised my service was not actually due. Health check including valet clean offered instead within my service plan.
Service was carried out satisfactorily and valeting excellent. Some confusion about availability of courtesy car and length of time car required, including dealing with child seat fix recall.
Very good hand over with explanation of the new features of the car.
Painless from start to finish and a great car
I would like to compliment the whole sales team. I did not feel under pressure and after agreeing a part exchange price the whole experience was seamless straight forward unexpected quick and completely satisfying. The process taking less than a week

Everything was perfect
The salesman did his best to understand my requirements. Once he was aware of this he showed me thevarious options and when I decided on the model I required he was able to locate an available one at another dealership.
Samantha Lategan did a first class job.She dealt with everything very professionally nothing was too much trouble.
Mark Stockman was very helpful and did his best to get everything through as fast as possible
