Booked the car in for its first service and asked if someone could look at an area of paint that was flaking off, showed the reception staff the area. This was not done and I had to make a second visit, 28 mile trip and a couple of hours wasted.
I was only slightly under satisfied due to 2 things. The first one being told I would receive a link to a video that did not work and seeing as this is the kind of thing I enjoy I was disappointed.
The car was repaired,but the interaction with staff was stressful and unsatisfactory

Whilst overall the experience was good, my car was booked in for 08:45 but I was not advised that it could be up to 4pm before going into the workshop until I enquired 2 hours in.
Vehicle serviced promptly and on time, plus free was and vacFriendly + informative staff
Not everything went to plan.
I was happy with the investigation and resolution of the issue I had with my lights
Despite raising my compliant at the inconvenience this cause my family, the garage still hasn't called or replied to my email asking about this situation.
Great service from parts department. Winter tyres and wheels supplied and loaded into boot. Friendly efficient service.

Everyone very helpful and dealt with the problem quickly and without fuss.
I called in to make the servicing/MOT arrangements as I had a few questions to ask. All my queries were dealt with to complete satisfaction. Taking the vehicle in on the appointed day and collecting a temporary replacement vehicle was straighforward.

My new vehicle was in their care for 2 days before repair started. Nobody called to discuss & they were unaware it needed to be returned to me in Bristol. I was without my car for 5 days & it was returned filthy. My complaint has received no reply!

The staff are very friendly and even when busy always have time for each customer
The service history on my car Idrive was not updated.The promised wash and vacuum of my car was not carried out.This has left me with a lack of confidence in your ability to carry out services to my expected high level.
the service is to expensive. I left the car at 9 15am and it was ready at 11 15am I was sent text after being told it would be 1pm for a pensioner far to dear 2hrs for a service
Personal service and kindness
Polite efficient staff. Treated same as othershaving costly maintenance work undertaken.
Only 1 problem. Didn't update the sat nav

The dealership replaced the parts when they arrived they informed me of progress the work was completed before estimated time and the car was cleaned inside and out to a high standard
On arrival I waited a long time to be served only to be told the booked courtesy car was not available. I had to ring the dealer to find out when my car was ready. I had to remind them to send a taxi because I didn't have a courtesy car.
It was a brake fluid change and a clean. What could possibly go wrong.

I didnt get the call backs that were promised to update me on the progress after I rang.
Communication = awful Did not return car to me so stranded and had to get a taxi home made me late 7pm2nd time this has happened when car returned late or not at allSpoke directly to dealer principal who hopefully will sort this shambles of a team

People don't ring you back, lack of continuity when speaking to people, not fixing the obvious issue with my car (body work hanging off visible in dark), don't seem interested in phoning you back... But the car is great
I booked in through calling direct and asking not to be put through to the call centre which is a terrible experience. I asked for my car to be ready for 3.00 pm, I had no call to say it was ready so I turned up at 3:30 and had to wait nearly an hour
Smooth transition through the process
The handover second time around was Ok, but both the member of staff doing the handover and the sales manager did not know the car as well as I had expected.
Tom (Thomas) is an invaluable asset to BMW and someone who i will personally recommend, his understanding, knowledge, focus, drive and passion outweighs anyone i have ever known within the motor industry.
Transaction went threw smoothly without any fuss, as usual.
All members of staff were very polite, courteous and informative.
Very satisfied with the way I was treated and communicated with but I would in hindsight have liked a more comprehensive insight into just what the car does.I still can't find out if the car locks and unlocks without digging in my pocket for the fob

If I'd have known BMW could not support with the transfer of my personal number plate I would not have orderd my car. There failure to contact me to discuss or rectify the issue was extremly stressful.
Was a great experience overall but started poorly with one particular individual in dealership . Not what I excpected from a premium branded car in a renowned franchise
