On time on cost as promised
Everything was done to a high standard and the service was done before the stated time.
Problems every time I take my car to Stratstone. Called the day before my car was due as hadn't had reminder email/call and they had no record of my appointment. Had to get the tapes pulled to prove it. Turns out they had deleted my appointment!
Have had issues in the past with Stratstone Chesterfield service but this time was excellent. Hopefully next experience will be very satisfying too.
Service were not to provide me with the Bluetooth module passkey pin number unless I approved a full technical diagnosis at £100+. I found it myself on a label on the module in the boot after a little research. The was and vacumn was not done either.
It does go up and down depending on the staff you see on the day.
Received phone call informing car was ready early afternoon, during the call I requested a return taxi to showroom at a specified time. Service did not complete all jobs as discussed - tyre pressure was not checked and rectified.
Didn't look at the issue it was booked in for, just fobbed me off

I was completely dissatisfied until the Service Manager resolved the issues. The receptionist also needs to learn that you do not win an argument with a customer - particularly a dissatisfied one.
The car was left in a filthy state deslite beibg told my car was having a valet and would be ready in an hour. I returned for thr car and it was completely covered in sandy dust with handprints all over. The car was immaculate when i dropped it off.
I wanted to complain. A sign at the exit invites dissatisfied customers to contact the Manager, Nick Wilson, but there is no way to contact him.
Ben was extremely helpful and kept me fully informed of the progress of the service
Work was completed slightly later than "promised" but the overall transaction was quick and easy.
The car was serviced within the agreed timescale and returned to me in a clean and presentable condition. The courtesy car provided was of a suitable type and was also clean and well presented.
Always extremely helpful in service department
Knocked half a star off as there is never a courtesy car available unless you book it a month in advance. Not always possible!
Did not feel as looked after as some customers who were looking at buying cars. Already got my business, don't need to work as hard.

The fault was diagnosed and repaired in the time given to our total satisfaction
The car is under warranty but we were initially charged the repair cost, though this was subsequently reimbursed after making a complaint.
One tyre had a bulge found during the MOT so it failed - I authorised a replacement which was very expensive, but quicker than getting one fitted elsewhere and a re-test. This backfired as the alloy was damaged and it is currently being repaired.

The service its self was very good, after inspection was washed and valeted This was let down by booking the car in via online. Tried to book car in via web and fast lane automated message but no follow up for the service. Reverted to telephone

BMW Service failed to contact me whilst my vehicle was in for a Brake Fluid Service. I had to telephone them at 16:50hrs that day to ask if my car was ready for collection. Furthermore on arriving to collect my car I brought this to the attention of

Customer service was fantastic at Chesterfield centre. We had a great salesman, Ben, who was thoughtful, thorough and personal. He was very honest and helped us choose everything to suit us. We love the car and appreciate all Bens hard work!

No lumbar support no rear reversing camera so do t think my new car is the same high spec as my old one I traded in.
The service was very professional , the staff were very efficient . The hand over of our new car was wonderful ! The best service we have ever received !
Got exactly what I wanted

Because 6 stars were not available ! Seriously, buying a new car is often like a pantomime experience - you feel like your in a quiz trying to win it whilst spending £40k+. This time the experience was open, fair, honest, quick and professional.
The wrong spec wheels had been fitted to the vehicle at factory but not noticed until I pointed it out.
